Returns

Should you choose to return the goods you have purchased, you must notify us within 7 working days beginning with the day after receipt of the goods. Cancellation notification must be made in writing or by e-mail and not by telephone.

The original postage charge for sending the goods will be deducted from any refund and the customer is liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Products will not be refunded without the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Kits and patterns are intended for personal use only and may not be sold, taught or transmitted without written permission from the artist.
All sales of kits and beading patterns are final.
The return of any printed goods is at the management's discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
